Using this site
You may read, print and share these pages. You may quote from them with attribution and a link. You may not republish them wholesale or present them as your own.
What this site is not
Nouraro publishes explanatory writing. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for a conversation with a doctor, physiotherapist or accredited practising dietitian who can actually examine you. Nothing here promises a result. If you act on something you read here, that decision is yours.
The subscription
This website promotes a subscription service operated by our partner. The first week is free. From day eight the subscription costs AUD 11.99 a week including GST and renews weekly until you cancel. There is no minimum term. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the week already paid for. The order and the billing take place on the sign-up page that the buttons on this website lead to, and the amount and interval are shown in full there before you confirm. You must be 18 or over.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under that law, and where a term of this agreement would do so, it does not apply.
For a major failure with the service you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
Accuracy
Pages carry the date they were last checked. Between those dates, guidance elsewhere may change and links may move. If you find something wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it and say that we did.

We link to public health bodies and other organisations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, though we do check that the links still work when a page is reviewed.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Globway International B.V. is not liable for loss arising from use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights, including those described above.
