The publication
The Sunday brief
One idea, one meal and one habit, once a week. Short enough to read standing up, and it never asks you to buy anything.
What is in it
| One idea | A mechanism, explained. No statistic quoted in our own voice, in line with how we work. |
| One meal | Something you can cook on a weeknight, with the kilojoule arithmetic shown rather than asserted. |
| One habit | Small enough to still be doing in three weeks, which is the only test that matters. |
Why there is no sign-up form here
Because there is nowhere for your address to go that we would be comfortable describing on this page. A form that collects an email without naming the processor, the retention period and the unsubscribe route is a form that is asking you to trust something we have not told you.
When that changes, this page will name the processor before it asks for anything. Until then the brief goes out to subscribers from inside the account, where those questions are already answered.

General information, not medical advice. Nouraro publishes explanatory writing about training, food and sleep. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a substitute for a conversation with a doctor, physiotherapist or accredited practising dietitian who can actually examine you. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury or take prescribed medication, speak to a clinician before changing how you train or eat.
