Who looks after your information
This website is run by Globway International B.V., Spoorhaven 44, 2651 AV Berkel en Rodenrijs, Netherlands (Business Registration Number: 241.72.536-668.82.915). For personal information collected through these pages, we are responsible. The weekly programs themselves are supplied by Magiclick Media Ltd; when you sign up through one of our buttons, the sign-up page and PayPal handle your account and payment under their own privacy terms.
What we collect here
- Messages you send us. Your name, your email address and what you write when you contact contact@nouraro-au.com.
- Technical details. IP address, browser, device and the pages you open, as logged by our hosting provider.
- Campaign details. If you reach us through an advertisement and agree to it, a reference to that ad so we can see which campaigns work.
We do not ask for card numbers, PayPal logins, health details or government identifiers on this website.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to keep the site running and secure, to measure our advertising where you have agreed to that, and to meet legal duties such as record keeping. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 and, because we are based in the Netherlands, the GDPR.
Who else sees it
Only the providers we need: hosting, email, analytics and advertising tools you have agreed to, the service supplier if you choose to subscribe, and authorities when the law requires it. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the European Union and the United States. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Emails for up to two years after our last contact, server logs for up to 90 days, and anything the law tells us to keep for as long as it says.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Write to contact@nouraro-au.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Age
The service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
